These forms of calcium are being used in various industries such as Paper, Plastics/PVC, Rubber, Paints, Footwear, Detergents, Healthcare & Cosmetics, Calcium nutrients, food and many more industries.
Raw material is always the key element towards achieving the quality and we always get the best to start our process-
  • * Selected natural limestone is subjected to calcination to break down into calcium oxide (CaO), followed by digestion with water (H2O) to produce calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)2) slurry. After refining and purification of the slurry, it is exposed to carbon dioxide to generate calcium carbonate (CaCO3) slurry. This slurry then undergoes dehydration and drying before being packaged as the final product.
  • * This type of calcium carbonate is known as light calcium carbonate or precipitated calcium carbonate, abbreviated as light CaCO3. The quality of light calcium carbonate is influenced not only by the quality of the natural limestone but also by factors like limestone calcination and lime milk carbonation conditions. Additionally, the dry grading fineness of the powder is also a significant factor. .
